Founded by attorney Catherine A. Loving, Loving Law Firm, PLLC brings an in-house perspective to outside legal counsel. Catherine has spent her career advising senior executives, boards of directors, and business teams, giving her a practical understanding of how legal advice fits into broader business decisions.
Catherine is a Houston attorney with extensive experience in legal, regulatory, commercial, employment, governance, compliance, and strategic matters.
Before founding Loving Law Firm, Catherine served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer for a Houston-based company, where she was an officer and member of the executive leadership team. She advised executive leadership and the board of directors on corporate governance, compliance, commercial transactions, employment matters, litigation, intellectual property, environmental matters, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business initiatives.
She also held in-house counsel positions with other Houston-based companies and began her career in private practice, representing clients in state and federal court matters.
This combination of in-house and private-practice experience allows Catherine to approach legal issues with both legal and business considerations in mind. At Loving Law Firm, she provides direct, practical counsel designed to help clients manage risk, address legal challenges, and pursue their business objectives.
